Home Care Solutions is a joint project of the Hebrew Home of Greater Washington and Augustine Home Health Care. A Maryland-licensed agency, Home Care Solutions combines the services and capabilities of these two respected organizations.

The Hebrew Home of Greater Washington has been a leader in eldercare for 100 years, and anchors a campus of senior services in Rockville, Maryland, ranging from independent and assisted living, to long-term care, outstanding rehabilitation, and secure Alzheimer’s care.

Augustine Home Health Care specializes in providing in-home services for seniors who require additional help and assistance.
