Part of our client commitment is to fully investigate
each worker before employment including personal
reference checking, licensure verification, criminal
records checks, CPR certification, and drug testing.
Home Care Solutions caregivers also receive a health screening
prior to employment and annually thereafter to ensure
they are free of tuberculosis or other communicable
diseases.
Home Care Solutions also provides bonding and insures personnel
for theft, injury, or accident. Of course, as a
service for our clients we also pay all required
payroll taxes and social security benefits for these
workers.

Our caregivers receive a minimum of 12 hours each

Home Care Solutions Program Managers closely supervise each
caregiver providing services and make on-site supervisory
visits to monitor caregiver’s skills and client
satisfaction with our services. Home Care Solutions Program
Managers are always available by telephone or to
meet with you in person to discuss any comments
or suggestions you may have with our services. Home Care Solutions
